1. Aloe Vera
An easily available plant in almost every household. It is said to have healing effects and it is very effective for boosting your hairs growth. Instead of using aloe vera gels from the market use the natural and fresh one.
How: peel the slice and rub the gel onto your scalp.
2. Olive Oil
It is a very good energizer to your hairs. It might be a bit expensive but it proves effective on its part.
How: Apply it directly to hair or you can heat up some oil before the massage. A hot oil massage is always a good option.
3. Egg Mask
Although it might sound a bit stingy eggs are very good for hair health. Since hair is made of keratin or protein, an egg is a good source for the same. It makes your hair shinier, longer and thicker.
How: apply the egg white to your scalp and leave it for an hour. Wash with lukewarm water.
4. Onions
It’s hard to believe but onions are very good if you aspire long tresses. The smell might take some time to go but it leaves you strong, healthier and shinier hairs.
How: grate some onions and squeeze out the juice and apply on your scalp for 15-20 mins and rinse off.
5. Green Tea
Green tea is a rich source of antioxidants. It helps in hair grow faster and healthier. Now, those used tea bags could be used for your hairs.
How: Apply warm green tea from the bags onto your scalp and leave it for an hour or half. Rinse off.
Apart from all these remedies, the most important thing is to keep a healthy and balanced diet full of minerals, proteins, and vitamins. Along with that drink a lot of water. Massage your scalp with your fingertips every day for at least 10 minutes. And last but not the least, keep your hair clean.
